JARDINERIA, HORTICULTURA AND ARBORICULTURA IN RURAL SCUELS.
BUENOS AIRES, 27 de Augst0 de 1942
Article 1. The National Education Council will introduce, in rural schools, basic practical teaching of gardening, horticulture and arboculture, creating, to that end, clubs of gardening children, following a progressive development plan, and according to the programs and regulations that govern for those currently operating in the Federal Capital. Particular attention will be paid to the knowledge, cultivation and dissemination of indigenous forest species in the teaching of arborculture.
Article 2. - In order to comply with this law, allow yourself to invest the sum of fifty thousand pesos national currency ($50,000 national currency), which will be taken from general income, with charge to it while this expense is not included in the general budget law.
