Article 1.° - The Executive Power will invest the sum of nine hundred thousand pesos national currency, in the construction of hydroelectric and thermal usins, high voltage transmission and distribution lines for the supply of electricity, according to studies carried out by the General Directorate of Irrigation, to the localities of Aimogasta, in the Department of Arauco; and San Pedro, Santa Cruz, , Anjullónm Rioja, Los
Art. 2.° - These works will undertake a hydroelectric plant in Aminga, and once granted, will be administered by the General Directorate of Irrigation of the Nation, after agreement with the government of the province, which establishes the regime of operation and exploitation of the same.
Article 3. The investments made pursuant to this Act shall be covered by the proceeding of the negotiation of titles of public, domestic or external debt, in accordance with article 5 of Law No. 12.576, for which purpose it shall be incorporated into Table B of the same, a credit of nine hundred thousand pesos national currency, extending in the equivalent amount the authorization accorded by the article 1.
