Act No. 12.679 - Provoking Law No. 12399 and its amendments numbers 12.667 and 12,671 excluding the provisions agreed for a single time whose purpose has been fulfilled.
WHY:
The Senate and Chamber of Deputies of the Argentine Nation, meeting in Congress, etc., sanction with force of-
LEY:
Article 1.: Until the General Budget Law on Expenditure and Resource Calculation is enacted for the current year, Law No. 12.599 is extended and changes numbers 12,667 and 12,671 are amended, with the exception of the provisions agreed for a single time whose purpose has been fulfilled.
Art. 2.°- The authorizations to issue titles contained in articles 5, 13 and 15 of Act No. 12,599, the validity of which is retained in the preceding article are agreed for the total amount of M$ 226,000.000.
Art. 3.°- The credits authorized by this law shall be settled in advance of the budget that is sanctioned for the current year.
