Act No. 12,716

Two Federal Courts are created in the Cities of Blue and San Nicolás (Pcia. de Buenos Aires).

WHY:


Article 1. —Believe two federal courts in the province of Buenos Aires, with a seat in the cities of Azul and San Nicolás.

Art. 2.° — The territorial jurisdiction of the Blue Court will include the following parties: Ayacucho, Azul, Balcarce, Bolivar, General Alvarado, General Alvear, General Lamadrid, General Pueyrredón, Juárez, Laprida, Las Flores, Olavarría, Rauch, Roque Pérez, Saladillo, Tandil, Tapalqué and 20-inicinco de Mayo.

The territorial jurisdiction of the San Nicolás Court will include the following parties: Baradero, Bartolomé Mitre, Campana, Colón, Exaltation of the Cross, General Arenales, Pergamino, Ramallo, Rojas, San Nicolás, San Pedro and José F. Uriburu.

The Federal Chamber of La Plata shall exercise superintendence and hear appeals in matters falling within the Federal Court of San Nicolás, and the Federal Chamber of Bahía Blanca in which they correspond to the Federal Court of Blue.

Art. 3.° —The Federal Courts of La Plata and Bahía Blanca, provided that there are parties, shall refer to the respective new Courts established by this law, the cases in which they are processed according to the established territorial jurisdiction.

Art. 4. —The new courts will be incorporated into the general budget of the Nation, with the same personnel, salaries and expenses, assigned to the Federal Court of Mercedes.

Art. 5.° —The expenses that demand compliance with this law shall be paid out of general incomes with charge to the present, while not included in the budget law.
