Key Benefits:
Article 1. . Delárase national monument the historic convent of San Carlos, in the province of Santa Fe and the contiguous field to the monastery, where the battle of San Lorenzo was liberated.
Art. 2. . The executive branch, through the National Commission of Museums and Monuments and Historic Places, will agree with the respective community the historical preservation of this national monument, ensuring the patriotic purposes of this law. The executive branch will propose the expropriation, for reasons of public utility, of the part of the private property field.
Art. 3rd. . Communicate, the executive branch.
