Act No. 12,660 Since the promulgation of this Act, any sale of imprints, furniture or goods that are made through the offering of prizes to be obtained by competition, draw or any other procedure of luck or chance shall be deemed to be included in the activities prohibited by Art. 1 of Law 4097. LEY:
Article 1. - Since the promulgation of this Act, any sale of property, furniture or goods made by the offering of a prize to be obtained by competition, drawing or any other procedure of luck or chance shall be deemed to be included in the activities prohibited by Article 1.
Art. 2.° - Persons directly or indirectly involved in the activities provided for in the preceding article shall suffer the penalties set out in article 3 of Act No. 4097, which shall be applied by the provisions of the Arts. 4.°, 6.°, 9.° and 10.
Art. 3.° The provisions of this Act shall enter into force within sixty days of its promulgation.
