Law:
ARTICLE 1 — Please transfer the property owned by the national State for free by the Civil Association of Deportistas Ciegos de Bell Ville, province of Córdoba, the domain of the property whose Catalan nomenclature is: apple 67, plate 960.186, bald terrain.
ARTICLE 2° — The transfer provided for in the preceding article is carried out with the charge that the beneficiary would give it up to the construction of the “Los Leones” Social and Sports Complex (the blind man’s football).
ARTICLE 3° — A period of ten (10) years is set for the fulfilment of the provisions of the previous article; which, without the mediating observance, will proceed to the retrocession of the domain of this transfer of full law.
ARTICLE 4° — The full costs required by the present will be exclusively charged by the beneficiary.
ARTICLE 5° — The General Writer of the Government of the Nation shall proceed to make the deed and registration procedures necessary to conclude the respective transfer in a term of sixty (60) days of entry into force of this law; in the document where this transfer is carried out, it shall explicitly state the position established in article 2°.
