INMUEBLES Law 26.821 Refer to the Officials' Circle of the Argentine Air Force for free the domain of certain properties owned by the National State. Sanctioned: November 28, 2012 Enacted: January 7, 2013 The Senate and Chamber of Deputies of the Argentine Nation assembled in Congress, etc. sanction with force of Law:
ARTICLE 1 — Transfer to the Argentine Air Force Sub-office Circle for free, Mutual Association, C.F. No. 2.160, the domain of the following national property properties located:
(a) In Paraguay street 2.652 of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, designated as Parcela 5 Manzana 123 Section 15 Circumscription 19 of the Catastral Nomenclature, acquired on 14 June 1972 by the board of directors and with funds of the beneficiary, then incorporated by Decree No. 1484/77 to the heritage of the national State (Comando en Jefe de la Fuerza Air), with a permanent and exclusive destination of Central Headquarters of the Suboffices.
(b) In Calle Paraguay 2.654/2.656/2.658 of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, designated as Parcela 6 Manzana 123 Section 15 Circumscription 19 of the Nomenclature Catastral, acquired on 25 September 1988 by the National State (General Staff of the Air Force), with the authorization granted by Decree No. 174/87, for the purpose of scheduling the building on Calle Paraguay 2.652.
(c) On 9th Street July 1,935 of the City of Mendoza, Province of Mendoza, registered in the Territorial Padrón under Number 1.4030/1, Municipal Padrón 437/20, Catastro 01-01-06-000020.3.
ARTICLE 2° — Transfers provided for in the preceding article are made from the fact that the beneficiary will discard the properties, referred to in subparagraphs (a) and (b), permanently and exclusively to the Central Headquarters of the Subofficial Circle of the Argentine Air Force Mutual Association as considered by Decree No. 1484/77; and that referred to in paragraph (c), to the Regional Mendoza Headquarters of the aforementioned Association. With regard to subparagraph (b), the beneficiary shall have the obligation to extend the facilities and other building facilities of the Central Headquarters to cover its social holding functions in accordance with the provisions of Decree No. 174/87.
ARTICLE 3° — A period of 10 (ten) years for the performance of the position imposed in the previous article last paragraph, which expires without the mediating observance, the domain of the property transferred in article 1 (b) shall be reversed in favour of the national State.
ARTICLE 4° — In the case of liquidation of the Argentine Air Force Sub-offices Circle, the assets transferred in article 1 (a), (b) and (c) will be returned to the property of the national State (General Staff of the Air Force).
ARTICLE 5° — The total costs incurred in connection with the transfer provided for in the preceding articles shall be borne exclusively by the beneficiary.
ARTICLE 6° — The national executive branch, within a period not exceeding one hundred and twenty (120) days after the enactment of this law, shall proceed to perform the necessary procedures for the granting of the respective translative writing of dominion.
