INMUEBLES Law 26.823 Transfer free of charge to the Province of Entre Ríos determined predio. Sanctioned: November 28, 2012 Enacted: January 7, 2013 The Senate and Chamber of Deputies of the Argentine Nation assembled in Congress, etc. sanction with force of Law:
ARTICLE 1 — Transfer to the province of Entre Ríos, the predio located on the Avenue Paysandú and Víctor Etcheverry, of the town of Concepción del Uruguay, identified in the Plano de Mensura 58278, which is attached, after registration of the same in the corresponding registry.
ARTICLE 2° — The transfer is carried out with the charge of assigning the property related to the operation of the Vocational Training Centre No. 1 of Concepción of Uruguay.
ARTICLE 3° — A period of ten (10) years for the fulfilment of the provisions of the previous article, which expires, without the mediating observance, the domain of the property subject to the present shall reverse in favour of the national State.
ARTICLE 4 - The expenses required by the present shall be borne by the beneficiary.
ARTICLE 5° — Contact the national executive branch.
