ARTICLE 1 — Transfer to the Mutual Association of Army Suboffices (AMCIRSE), the domain of a property owned by the National State (the Army's General Staff) composed of the Eleven Lots (11), Twelve (12) and Thirteen (13), of the Thirty-Five Manzana (35), nomenclature 162 Circunscription 01 Sector 03 Mz 10, according to the Case Plane.
ARTICLE 2° — The transfer provided for in the preceding article is made from the fact that the beneficiary will continue to assign the lots referred permanently and exclusively for the operation and maintenance of the existing Recreative Complex, with the purpose of recreation and rest of the staff of Suboffices of the Comodoro Rivadavia Military Guarnición and its associates.
ARTICLE 3o — In the case of liquidation of the Military Mutual Association Sub-official Circle, the property transferred in article 1 will return to the national State ' s property (the Army General Staff).
ARTICLE 4° — The full costs arising from the transfer provided for in Article 1 shall be the exclusive responsibility of the beneficiary, as well as any debt that could be transferred by taxes and/or municipal fees.
ARTICLE 5o — The national executive branch, within a period not exceeding one hundred and twenty (120) days after the enactment of this law, shall proceed to perform the necessary procedures for the granting of the respective translative writing of dominion.
