Authorize the departure from the national territory of means, military and security personnel, to participate in the United Nations stabilization mission in Haiti (MINUSTAH).

The Senate and Chamber of Deputies of the Argentine Nation assembled in Congress, etc. sanction with force of Law:

ARTICLE 1 — Authorize the departure from the national territory of means, military and security personnel, as well as personnel for humanitarian and institutional, social and infrastructure development activities, to participate in the United Nations Stabilization Mission in Haiti (Minustah) for the period of two (2) years beginning on 1 July 2012, in accordance with the detailed information in Annex I, which is an integral part of this Act.

ARTICLE 2° — Contact the national executive branch.

IN THE SESSION OF THE ARGENTINE CONGRESS, IN GOOD AIRES, TO THE DIECINUEVE DAYS OF THE TWENTY DAY TWO MIL DOCE.
