The Senate and Chamber of Deputies of the Argentine Nation assembled in Congress, etc. sanction with force of Law:
ARTICLE 1 Replace article 35 of Act No. 22,421 and its amendments to the Protection and Conservation of Wild Fauna, with the following:Article 35: In the National Parks, Natural Monuments and National Reserves, in all matters concerning wildlife, they shall govern the specific legislation for these areas and Articles 3, 16, subparagraph (a), 24, 25, 26 and 27 of this Law.
In the area of the protected areas administered by the National Parks Administration, it will be exclusively the agency, in its capacity as administrative enforcement authority, responsible for issuing complementary and clearing rules on the protection and management of wildlife and for establishing the prohibitions provided for in articles 25 and 26 of this law.
The provisions of this article will also apply to strict natural reserves and to wild and educational nature reserves administered by the national State through the National Parks Administration.
