The Senate and Chamber of Deputies of the Argentine Nation assembled in Congress, etc. sanction with force of Law:
ARTICLE 1 Amend article 1 of Act No. 26.008, which shall read as follows:Article 1: Take a pension, the amount of which shall be equivalent to SETENTION BY SCIENTY (70%) of the one-year-old remuneration for services in the Antarctic, established by section 2 (c) of Law No. 23.547 to those men members of the first Argentinian land expedition that reached the South Pole on 10 December 1965. Also, this benefit and those of Law No. 19,659 to the DOCE (12) members who participated as crew members of the CTA 12 and CTA 15 aircraft of the Argentine Navy (Aviación Naval Argentina), which on January 6, 1962 landed in the South Pole and the DOCE (12) members of the First Squadron of the Argentine Air Force that reached the South Geographical Pole on November 3, 1965.
