The Senate and Chamber of Deputies of the Argentine Nation assembled in Congress, etc. sanction with force of Law:
ARTICLE 1 Transfer free of charge to the Municipality of the city of Corrientes, the property of the national State located in the city of Corrientes, in the former area of Via between the km. 528.08678 and km. 523.119, covering the entire width of the ex-way strip and the former station beach area. ARTICLE 2 The transfer provided for in the previous article will be carried out with the charge that the beneficiary will carry out the property described to the opening of a street of public use. Article 3 The Municipality of the city of Corrientes shall condone any debt maintained by the national State, as the owner of the property transferred by this law. ARTICLE 4 The beneficiary shall be responsible for carrying out, at its cost, the level of meshness and subdivision of the property that is donated in Article 1 and its corresponding registration. ARTICLE 5o The Executive Power shall take the appropriate measures for the purpose of concluding the respective transfer at the end of SESENTA (60) days after the entry into force of this law.
