The Senate and Chamber of Deputies of the Argentine Nation assembled in Congress, etc. sanction with force of Law:
ARTICLE 1 Transfer free of charge to the Municipality of Presidency of the Plaza, province of the Chaco, the national State properties, National Institute of Agricultural Technology (INTA), which are not affected to the Natural Forest Reserve in use by the National Parks Administration, identified as the Parcela 228 of the Lote V of the Colonia Pastoril, Department Presidency of the Plaza, with an area of 150 hectares, and two fractions, one of the ARTICLE 2 The transfer provided for in the preceding article is carried out with the charge that the beneficiary would assign them to the occupants who are currently within the donations. Article 3 The beneficiary shall be responsible for carrying out, at its cost, the level of messura and subdivision of the properties that are donated in article 1o. ARTICLE 4 The Executive Power shall take appropriate measures for the purpose of concluding the respective transfer within sixty days of the entry into force of this law.
