The Senate and Chamber of Deputies of the Argentine Nation assembled in Congress, etc. sanction with force of Law:
ARTICLE 1 Transfer free of charge to the Municipality of the Capital Department of the province of La Rioja, the Southwest fraction of the property owned by the national state categorically designated as Circunscription I, Section E, Apple 82, Plot a, Padrón No 1-21696; registered in the General Register of Property under Domain No. 1109, Fo 2675/6, Year 197645 and the total area is 665. The Southwest fraction that is transferred is located at the intersection of Santa Rosa Street and Carlos Gardel Street; extending 440 meters above Santa Rosa Street, 141 meters, 40 decmeters on Carlos Gardel Street, 440 meters on the East side and 140 meters on the North side, being these two last linderos sides with the rest of the property. ARTICLE 2 The transfer provided for in this Act is carried out with the charge that the beneficiary discontinued the property to the operation of the entity Club Atlético Américo Tesorieri, with legal status agreed by ministerial resolution No. 31,631 of 23 July 1949. Article 3 In the event that the entity Club Atlético Américo Tesorieri loses its personería, the beneficiary must give the property another destination of public utility. ARTICLE 4 Expenditures incurred on the basis of the willing transfer, including those of mensura and delinde, will be exclusively the beneficiary. ARTICLE 5o The translative writing of dominion will be perfected by the Office of the Government of the Nation, and it must be recorded in the same position as the articles 2 and 3 of this law.
