The Senate and Chamber of Deputies of the Argentine Nation assembled in Congress, etc. sanction with force of Law:

ARTICLE 1 Approve the Charter Agreement between the National Parks Administration and the Fundación Vida Silvestre Argentina dated 1 November 2006, the text of which is part of the present as Annex I.

ARTICLE 2 State of Buenos Aires (No. 1,675, dated 13 June 2007) on a property registered in the Property Registry of the Province of Buenos Aires (No. 1,347,816/7)

Article 3 The area of the property whose assignment of jurisdiction is accepted and which may be subject to modifications as a result of the technical operations of deslinde and messure to be carried out on the ground, has the following limits: North, the Rio de la Plata; South, the establishments called "La Linconia" and "Las Tijeras"; West, the Ría de Ajó; and East, the Arroyo Las Tijeras.

ARTICLE 4 Accept the conditions and deadlines under which the province of Buenos Aires makes the assignment on the portion of territory referred to in the preceding article.

ARTICLE 5o The extremes required by articles 1o, 3o y concordantes of Law No. 22.351, believe the "Campos del Tuyú" National Park.

ARTICLE 6 Contact the Executive.
