The Senate and Chamber of Deputies of the Argentine Nation assembled in Congress, etc. sanction with force of Law:
ARTICLE 1 During the 2009 and 2010 periods, article 10 and article 19 of Act No. 25,917 shall be excluded from any erogation intended to promote economic activity, to maintain the level of employment and to provide coverage for the health emergency and social assistance.

ARTICLE 2 The limitations contained in article 12 and article 21 of Act No. 25,917 in respect of the indebtedness of all participating jurisdictions of the Fiscal Responsibility Regime are without effect for the periods 2009 and 2010.
In addition, the provisions contained in the last paragraph of article 15 and in article 24 of Act No. 25,917 shall not be considered during the aforementioned periods, nor in articles 2 and 3 of Act No. 25,152.
