The Senate and Chamber of Deputies of the Argentine Nation assembled in Congress, etc. sanction with force of Law:
ARTICLE 1 Incorporate article 82 bis to the Code of Criminal Procedure, with the following text:Article 82 bis: Collective interest. Associations or foundations, registered in accordance with the law, may be part of a complaint in proceedings in which crimes against humanity or serious human rights violations are investigated, provided that their statutory object is directly linked to the defence of the rights they consider to be injured.
It will not be an obstacle to the exercise of this faculty to establish in part a complaint of those persons referred to in article 82.
ARTICLE 2 Replace article 83 of the Code of Criminal Procedure with the following text:Article 83: Form and content of the presentation. The claim to be a complaining party shall be made in writing, in personal form or by special president who will add the power, with legal assistance. It shall be appropriated under the penalty of inadmissibility:
1o) Name, surname or social reason, royal and legal addresses of the plaintiff.
2nd) Succinct relationship of the fact in which it is founded.
3rd) First name, last name and address of the accused, if he or she knows.
4th) The accreditation of the extremes of personry that invokes, if any. If it is a partnership or foundation, you must also accompany a faithful copy of the instruments that credit your constitution according to the law.
5o) The request to be filed by a plaintiff and signature.
Article 3 Replace article 85 of the Code of Criminal Procedure with the following text:Article 85: Articles 416, 419 and 420 shall apply. The unit of representation between individuals and associations or foundations shall not proceed, except for the request of the plaintiffs.
