The Senate and Chamber of Deputies of the Argentine Nation assembled in Congress, etc. sanction with force of Law:
ARTICLE 1 Créase the National University of Avellaneda, which will be based in the Avellaneda Party, Buenos Aires province. ARTICLE 2 The National University of Avellaneda . henceforth UNAV,, will be governed for its constitution and organization until its final standardization as set out in articles 48 and 49 of Law 24.521, in its regulatory decree and in concordant rules applicable to national universities. Article 3 It will be the objective of UNAV that the careers that constitute its academic offer do not overlap with those of other high-level houses installed in the southern region of the Bosnian conurban, adapting the curricula and curricula to a specific profile linked to the socio-economic and cultural characteristics of the particular district and the region in general.
