The Senate and Chamber of Deputies of the Argentine Nation assembled in Congress, etc. sanction with force of Law:
ARTICLE 1 Exempt the benefits granted by Laws 16,443 and 20,774 to the personnel of the National Gendarmerie, the Argentine Naval Prefecture and the Air Security Police. ARTICLE 2 The personnel of the Argentine Federal Police, GendarmerÃa Nacional, Prefectura Naval Argentina and the Aeroport Security Police, who are beneficiaries of the provisions contained in Laws 16,443 and 20,774, who are totally or partially disabled, are updated sexenalemente their holdings by equating them to those of the immediate higher grade, until they reach the perception of a remuneration equivalent to that corresponding to the maximum degree of each category of staff or scalef. Article 3 In the event that such personnel have agreed to the maximum extent of each category of staff or scale, they shall be entitled to receive the supplement for "minimum time in grade" in the form and proportions provided for by the respective laws. ARTICLE 4 The assets of the beneficiaries covered by this Act shall be adjusted in accordance with the terms set out above, and shall begin to govern from the first day of the month following the date of their promulgation, the periods of time elapsed since the occurrence of misfortune must be computed for that purpose. Such beneficiaries shall not be entitled to retroactivity under any circumstances, otherwise governing the various laws that provide for the foreseeable situation of the staff covered by this Act. ARTICLE 5o The costs incurred in the implementation of this Act shall be charged to the budget line 40jurisdiction 40. of the Ministry of Justice, Security and Human Rights of the Nation.
