The Senate and Chamber of Deputies of the Argentine Nation assembled in Congress, etc. sanction with force of Law:

ARTICLE 1 Remain free of charge to the province of Jujuy, the domain of the land free of buildings of the property of the national State that was donated by that province by E.P. No 264 registered 26/7/1962; and delimited by the streets Olavarría, Río Bermejo, Esperanza de Yecora and Dominican Republic of the city of San Salvador de Jujuy in the province mentioned, identified with registration A-38994; and with catastral nomenclature as Circumscription 1, Section 13, Apple 45, Plot 1, Padrón

ARTICLE 2 The restitution provided for in the preceding article is carried out with the charge of affecting the property to the destination determined by the government of the province of Jujuy.

Article 3 The Government of the province of Jujuy shall transfer the antenna and equipment in the predio to the property that is determined together with the authorities of Radio Nacional.

ARTICLE 4 The costs required by the present, as well as the necessary measures, shall be borne by the beneficiary.
