INMUEBLES Ley 26.411 Transfer to the Government of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires for free the domain of a property belonging to the National State. Sanctioned: August, 27 of 2008. Cast: September, 15 of 2008.

The Senate and Chamber of Deputies of the Argentine Nation assembled in Congress, etc. sanction with force of Law:

ARTICLE 1 Please transfer to the Government of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, the domain of the property belonging to the National State, located on Avenida Córdoba 2008/12/16, whose Catalan nomenclature is Circunscription 11, Section 09, Manzana 065, Parcela 001A. ARTICLE 2 The transfer is carried out in charge of assigning the property to the Ministry of Education of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires for the operation of the Institute of Higher Education No. 01 "Dra. Alicia Moreau de Justo". Article 3 The costs required by the present will be borne by the beneficiary. ARTICLE 4 Contact the national executive branch.
