The Senate and Chamber of Deputies of the Argentine Nation assembled in Congress, etc. sanction with force of Law:
ARTICLE 1 Transfer free of charge to the Municipality of the Department of Capital, of the province of La Rioja, the Northwest fraction of the property owned by the national state designated catalyticly as Circunscription I, Section E, Apple 82, Plot a, Padrón No 1-21696; registered in the General Register of Property under Domain No. 1109, Fo 2675/6, Year 1976, and whose total area is 665. The Northwest fraction that is transferred is located at the intersection of Santa Rosa Street and Los Tilos Street; extending 108 meters, 47 decmeters on Santa Rosa Street, 150 meters, on Los Tilos Street, 108 meters, 47 decmeters on the east side and 150 meters on the south side, being these two last linderos with the rest of the property. ARTICLE 2 The transfer provided for in the present law is carried out with the charge that the beneficiary discontinued the property to the operation of the Atlético Racing Club Civil Association, with legal status agreed upon by ministerial resolution No. 42,630 of 30 November 1954. Article 3 In case the Civil Association Atlético Racing Club loses its personería, the beneficiary will have to give the property another public utility destination. ARTICLE 4 Expenditures incurred on the basis of the willing transfer, including those of mensura and delinde, will be exclusively the beneficiary. ARTICLE 5o The translative writing of dominion will be perfected by the Office of the Government of the Nation, and it must be recorded in the same position as the articles 2 and 3 of this law.
