CREATION OF AN ORAL TRIBUNAL IN THE FEDERAL CRIMINAL AND JUDGE OF IMPLEMENTATION IN THE CONCEPT OF URUGUAY
ARTICLE 1 Créase un Tribunal Oral en lo Criminal Federal con lugar en la ciudad de Concepción del Uruguay, provincia de Entre Ríos. ARTICLE 2 El Tribunal Oral en lo Criminal Federal de Concepción del Uruguay tiene competencia territorial sobre los departamento de Islas del Ibicuy, Gualeguaychú, Uruguay, Colón, San Salvador, Concordia, Federación, Federal, Feliciano y Villaguay. Article 3 Modify the territorial jurisdiction of the Oral Tribunal in the Federal Criminal of the city of Paraná, province of Entre Ríos, excluding the departments mentioned in article 2 of this Act. ARTICLE 4 One (1) Attorney General ' s Office and one (1) Official Public Defender ' s Office to act before the Federal Criminal Court which is established by this Act. ARTICLE 5o Refer to the positions of judges, officials and employees referred to in the attached annex and which is part of this Act. ARTICLE 6 Once the judge is established, the pending cases shall be referred to him, in accordance with the territorial jurisdiction assigned to him by this law. ARTICLE 7 The Federal Appeals Chamber of Paraná shall exercise the Superintendence of the Tribunal which is established by this law. ARTICLE 8 This law shall be implemented once the necessary budgetary provision is made for the attention of the expenditure required by its object, which shall be charged to the budgets of the Judiciary of the Nation, the Public Prosecutor ' s Office and the Public Ministry of Defence. Article 9 Judges, officials and employees who are appointed in the posts created shall only take possession of them when the financial condition referred to in the preceding article is given. ARTICLE 10. The Supreme Court of Justice of the Nation, the Council of the Magistracy, the Procurator-General of the Nation and the Office of the Ombudsman shall provide, within their respective competences, the necessary for the installation of the Oral Tribunal in the Federal Criminal of the city of Concepción of Uruguay.
