The Senate and Chamber of Deputies of the Argentine Nation assembled in Congress, etc. sanction with force of Law:

ARTICLE 1 Please delete the article without an incorporated number following article 23 of the Vocational Tax Act, which was ordained in 1997 and its amendments. ARTICLE 2 The second supplementary annual salary assessment for the year 2008 will not be met by the provisions of the article without a number incorporated following article 23 of the Vocational Tax Act, a text ordered in 1997 and its amendments. Article 3 The provisions of article 1 shall be applicable from 1 January 2009.

This law shall enter into force on the day of its publication in the Official Gazette.
