ADUANAS Law 26.434 Customs Laws. Amendment to Article 5 of Law No. 25,603. Sanctioned: November, 26 of 2008. Cast: December, 18, 2008.

The Senate and Chamber of Deputies of the Argentine Nation assembled in Congress, etc. sanction with force of Law:

_ MODIFICATION OF ARTICLE 5 OF LAW No. 25,603

ARTICLE 1 Replace section 5 of Act No. 25.603, with the following text:

"In the case of goods that, as final goods or through their transformation, are suitable for the proper performance of the activities assigned to various agencies or divisions of the national, provincial or municipal State, the customs service after the determination of the legal status of the goods and the obtaining of its certificate of aptitude of use when necessary, shall determine them to the General Secretariat of the Presidency of the Nation for the purpose of which the approval is affected

ARTICLE 2 Contact the Executive.
