ARTICLE 1 The building of the Zorrilla School, on 20th of February, number 201, of the city of Salta, will be declared a national historical monument. ARTICLE 2 The protection of the headquarters building of the Zorrilla School will take place at two levels:(a) Integral that includes the facade with accesses on 20th of February and the constructions that make up the first two patios. The property referred to shall be subject to the provisions of Act No. 12,665 and its supplementary rules of change, and
(b) Contextual (understood as a buffer area) referring to the rest of the buildings.
Article 3 The National Commission of Museums, Monuments and Historic Places will, in accordance with the relevant municipal authorities, provide adequate restoration and preservation of the protected building structure.
