PART I
CREATION OF THE UNIVERSITY SECURITY INSTITUTE MARITIMA OF NAVAL ARGENTINA PREFECTURA — IUSM —
ARTICLE 1 — Créase the Instituto Universitario de Seguridad Maritime de la Prefectura Naval Argentina (IUSM), as a functional unit dependent on that Force, with headquarters in the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires and national scope.
ARTICLE 2 — The IUSM will continue to adapt its functioning to the comprehensive framework of the existing regulations on higher education, ensuring access to academic proposals without discrimination of any kind.
ARTICLE 3o — The expenses that demand the operation of the IUSM will be charged to the credits assigned to the Argentine Naval Prefecture in the National Budget Law.
PART II
CREATION OF THE UNIVERSITARY INSTITUTE OF NATIONAL GENDARMERY — IUGNA —
ARTICLE 4o — Créase the Instituto Universitario de Gendarmería Nacional (IUGNA), as a functional unit dependent on that Force, with headquarters in the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires and a national area of action.
ARTICLE 5o — IUGNA must adapt its implementation and operation to the comprehensive framework of the existing regulations on higher education, ensuring access to academic proposals without discrimination of any kind.
ARTICLE 6o — The costs that demand the operation of IUGNA will be charged to the credits assigned to the National Gendarmerie in the National Budget Act.
ARTICLE 7o — Decree 1389/2002 be extended.
