ARTICLE 1 . Objective: The forces that form part of the internal security system, in accordance with the provisions of Law 24.059 and its amendment 26.102, should include in their curricula, training their human rights personnel recognized to children and adolescents, in order to ensure the enforceability of their rights against institutional intervention with them. ARTICLE 2 . Training: The persons performing in the forces covered by Act No. 24,059, will be trained to ensure that in the performance of their functions they fully implement the standards contained in the Convention on the Rights of the Child, adopted by Act No. 23,849; Act No. 26,061 and conventions, treaties, rules, guidelines and other standards recognized by our country, which make up the human rights plex that fully protect the rights of persons under DCIIEOC (18 years). Article 3 Area Area of Application: Specific training referred to should be applied in all areas of institutional policy, and in the different jurisdictions of the forces. ARTICLE 4 . Implementing Authority: The regulation of this law shall establish the enforcement authority and the implementation mechanisms thereof. ARTICLE 5o Regulation: The national executive branch shall regulate this law at the end of SESENTA (60) days.
