ARTICLE 1 Transfer to free title, in favor of the National University of Tres de Febrero, with safeguard of the rights of the concessionaire and of third parties that may be affected, the portion of land owned by the national state, sits at the limit of the party of Tres de Febrero with that of San Martín, of the province of Buenos Aires, located in the branch of Lourdes Lynch, station Lynch (ex-Ferrocarril General Urquiza), and delimited ARTICLE 2 This transfer is carried out with the charge of being intended for the construction of a building, facilities and sports field for the said university. Article 3 Prior to the aforementioned transfer, mensura, delinde and the relevant plan, approved by the appropriate agency, should be carried out. ARTICLE 4 The expenses required by this law shall be borne by the National University of Three of February.
