REASIGNATION OF A PARTY
BUDGET FOR INMEDIAT
DRAGADO del PUERTO DE MAR del PLATA
ARTICLE 1 The operation of the Puerto de Mar del Plata, party of General Pueyrredón, province of Buenos Aires, is urgently described for lack of dredging in the navigable pathways of access to it. ARTICLE 2 The Chief of Cabinet of Ministers, in the use of the powers conferred by article 37 of Law No. 24.156, shall provide for the allocation of a budget item for the year corresponding to the entry into force of this law, in order to be intended for the dredging works of the Port of Mar del Plata, party of General Pueyrredón, province of Buenos Aires. Article 3 The national executive branch shall undertake, through the relevant agencies, technical studies and administrative procedures, for the purpose of opening the dredging works within a period not exceeding the TREINTA (30) days, counted from the entry into force of this law. ARTICLE 4 This law shall enter into force from the day after its publication in the Official Gazette. ARTICLE 5o Contact the Executive.IN THE SESSION OF THE ARGENTINE CONGRESS, IN GOOD AIRES, TO THE VEINTH DAYS OF THE MONTH OF NOVEMBER OF THE YEAR DOS MIL SIETE.
