ARTICLE 1 Add the second paragraph of Article 54 of Law 26,198 of the General Budget of the Public Administration for the year 2007, the following text:

"They will have priority in payment, the beneficiaries of Laws No. 25.471, 24.411, 24.043 and 25.192."

ARTICLE 2 Contact the national executive branch.
