In use of the powers conferred by article 5 of the Statute for the National Reorganization Process,

THE PRESIDENT OF THE ARGENTINA SANCIONA NATION AND PROMULGA WITH FORCE OF LEY:

ARTICLE 1 Remind Mr. Angel Atilio GELAIN (D.N.I. No. 4.365.843), a vital and unpaid pension, the amount of which will be equivalent to CINCO (5) times the ordinary retirement minimum that the beneficiaries of the national pension and pension scheme for dependent workers, compatible with any other income without any limitation. ARTICLE 2 The expenses that demand the fulfillment of the present shall be met under article 3 of Law 18,748. Article 3 Communicate, give to the National Directorate of the Official Register and archvese.
