VISTO the situation in the Falkland Islands, Georgia and South Sandwich Islands,

THE MILITAR BOARD

RESUELVE:

ARTICLE 1 In the event of situations affecting national security, the National Executive Power may constitute theatres of military operations and governorates and designate the respective commanders and military governors in any jurisdiction of the national territory, following a resolution of the Military Committee.

ARTICLE 2 Default of article 33 of Act No. 16,970.

Article 3 The present Resolution shall be published as necessary by the Military Committee. Otherwise your text will be made known to those responsible for its implementation.
