In use of the powers conferred by article 5 of the Statute for the National Reorganization process,

ARTICLE 1 Authorize the constitution of a state society under the regime of Law 20.705, under the jurisdiction of the Ministry of Defence . Commander-in-Chief of the Army . for the development of the TAM Project. ARTICLE 2 Within 30 days of the promulgation of this law, the Ministry of Defence . Commander-in-Chief of the Army . will elevate the respective statute for approval to the National Executive. Article 3 In order to ensure the development of the created society, the budgetary impact of the credits that are authorized annually in the General Budget Laws of the National Administration will be provided.
