In use of the powers conferred by article 5 of the Statute for the National Reorganization Process,

THE PRESIDENT OF THE ARGENTINA SANCIONA NATION AND PROMULGA WITH FORCE OF LEY:

ARTICLE 1 . ARTICLE 6 Imports made within the emergency regime authorized by article 1 of this Act shall be exempt from payment of taxes, fees and charges applicable at the time of their introduction to square.
