In use of the terms of reference conferred by subsection 5 of the Statute for the National Reorganization Process,
THE PRESIDENT OF THE ARGENTINA SANCIONA NATION AND PROMULGA WITH FORCE OF LEY:
ARTICLE 1 Authorize the Police of the Province of Buenos Aires to import as secret security material, without prior verification and under the conditions that such characterization entails, the elements, materials and/or net specialized equipment, for their equipment and/or operation. Such authorization is subject to the existence of the prior knowledge and conformity of the national authority, which will be provided through the Ministries of the Interior and Defence. ARTICLE 2 Explain to the Police of the Province of Buenos Aires the payment of import duties, as well as any other tax, contribution or fee that must be paid for any imports that it carries out under the conditions authorized by Article 1. Article 3 Explain to the Police of the Province of Buenos Aires the compliance of the provisions of Decree-Law 5340/63, exclusively for the purposes of the imports that BOLETIN OFFICIAL No. 30,987 4 performs under the conditions laid down by article 1, without prejudice to the consideration of the possibilities of the national industry to satisfy the provision of the necessary goods. ARTICLE 4 The franchises granted are subject to the condition that the goods concerned are affected exclusively to the destination invoked and their property, possession or possession may not be transferred prior to CINCO (5) years to be counted from 1 January of the year following the one in which the office for consumption of the place is made.The authorization for the change of domain for any cause, of the material imported under these conditions, must be endorsed by the Ministries of the Interior and Defence.
