In use of the powers conferred by article 5 of the Statute for the National Reorganization Process,
THE PRESIDENT OF THE ARGENTINA SANCIONA NATION AND PROMULGA WITH FORCE OF LEY:
ARTICLE 1 Amend, as an exception for the promotions to take place during 1976, the provisions of Annex 17 of the Organic Law of the Federal Police (Decree-Law 333/58 ratified by Law 14.467), as follows:(a) Redeem the minimum term of stay in the following grades: Commissioner Inspector of Security, Firefighters and Communications, from 2 to 1 year; Commissioner of the Security Scale, from 3 to 1 year and 8 months and of the Communications and Fire Ladders from 3 to 1 year; Subcomisario del Escalafón de Bomberos, from 3 to 2 years; Main of the Scalendar of Communication,
(b) Delete the minimum duration of stay at all grades and sub-alternate staff scales, except the Technician.
ARTICLE 2 The Ministry of the Interior shall bring to the NATIONAL EXECUTIVE PODER by 31 July 1977 the legal and regulatory amendments necessary to ensure the final standardization of the promotion regime of the Federal Police personnel.
