The Senate and Chamber of Deputies of the Argentine Nation assembled in Congress, etc. sanction with force of Law:
ARTICLE 1 Transfer to the province of Santa Cruz for free the domain and all the rights and actions that the national State possesses on the property of its property located in the province of Santa Cruz, town of Río Gallegos, Department Güer Aike, with everything planted and built, identified catastrallyticly with the nomenclature: Plot 2, Manzana 301 B, Section B, circumscription II, with a surface of five thousand two hundred and thirty square meters. ARTICLE 2 The transfer provided for in article 1 shall be conditional on the condonation by the province of all debts which, in any case, are in violation of the property given, if any, in respect of taxes or other provincial tax. Article 3 The transfer is carried out by the beneficiary to the construction of the service of Pediatrics, Neonatology and Geriatrics of the Regional Hospital of Río Gallegos and that for this purpose, it agrees with the Ministry of Health and Environment of the Nation and with the Ministry of Social Development of the Nation, in a period not greater than the CIENTO OCHENTA (180) days of publication of the present Ministry of Health ARTICLE 4 The Executive Power shall take appropriate measures for the purpose of concluding the respective transfer at the end of SESENTA (60) days of entry into force of this law.
