FREE PENSION EQUIPMENT LAW
ARTICLE 1 Authorize the national executive branch to increase the assets of the ex gratia pensions granted by Acts No. 24,764, 25,064, 25,237, 25.401, 25,967 and 26,078, to equalize the increase provided for in other similar benefits by decrees 391/2003, 1194/2003, 683/2004, 1199/2004, 748/2005, their supplementary and/or modulatory provisions. ARTICLE 2 Please provide the Chief of Staff of Ministers with the necessary budgetary restructuring to implement the provisions of the previous article. Article 3 The provisions of this Act shall enter into force on the day of its publication in the Official Gazette of the Nation.
