PETROLERA ACTIVITY Law 26.176 Please note that the concepts contained in articles 34, 39, 60, 80 and 81 of the Collective Labour Convention No. 396/ 2004, concerning oil exploitation, shall not constitute the basis for the purpose of determining the tax on the earnings of workers covered by the Convention. Law:

ARTICLE 1 The concepts of articles 34, 39, 60, 80 and 81 of the Collective Labour Convention (CST) No. 396/04, approved by Resolution of the Undersecretariat for Labour Relations of the Ministry of Labour, Employment and Social Security No. 90 of 15 December 2004 and Acta Agreement dated 10 March 2005, approved by Resolution of the Ministry of Labour, Employment and Social Security No. 78 of 1 April 2005 and the Act of the Agreement of 15 June 2006, approved by Resolution of the Ministry of Labour, Employment and Social Security of the Ministry of Labour No. 474 of 4 August 2006, as well as in any other conventional norm related to oil exploitation, which contains the concepts contained in the above-mentioned articles, shall not constitute the basis for the purpose of determining the tax on workers ' earnings under the Convention.

The Federal Public Income Administration, an auto-archic entity within the Ministry of Economy and Production, shall issue the necessary rules for the purposes of the implementation of the above.

The provisions of this article shall be applicable from fiscal year 2006.
