ARTICLE 1 Créase un tribunal federal de primera instancia con lugar en la ciudad de Corrientes, provincia de Corrientes, con competencia en materia civil, comercial, labor, tributaria, de la seguridad social, contentious administrativo y criminal y correccional. ARTICLE 2 The court established by the previous article shall have jurisdiction over the same departments in which the Federal Court already exists in the city of Corrientes has jurisdiction. Article 3 The Federal Chamber of Appeals of Corrientes, with a seat in the city of Corrientes, shall exercise superintendence, and shall be the court of the High Court established by this law, except in matters of social security. The Oral Tribunal in the Federal Criminal Court of Corrientes is a court of criminal proceedings. ARTICLE 4 The court established by Article 1 shall operate with SIETE (7) secretariats: UNA (1) with correctional competence and special laws; DOS (2) with civil, commercial and labour competence; DOS (2) with criminal jurisdiction; UNA (1) with tax criminal jurisdiction; and UNA (1) with competence in tax executions. ARTICLE 5o The Federal Corrientes Appeals Chamber will resolve how cases will be distributed and assign a number of pending cases to the new federal court on the basis of necessity, proportionality and effectiveness criteria. ARTICLE 6 A first instance prosecutor ' s office and an official public defender shall act before the federal court of first instance established by this law, both with a seat in the city of Corrientes, province of Corrientes. ARTICLE 7 Please consider the positions of judges, officials and employees referred to in Annexes I, II and III, which are part of this Act. ARTICLE 8 This law shall be implemented once the necessary budgetary provision is made for the attention of the expenditure required by its object, and shall be charged to the budget for the corresponding exercise of the Judiciary of the Nation, the Public Prosecutor ' s Office and the Public Ministry of Defence.
