ARTICLE 1 , Replace article 9o bis of Law No. 22.802 ,introduced by Law No. 25.95454, with the following:Article 9o bis: In all cases in which they arise from the total amount to pay deeds less than CINCO (5) cents and it was impossible to return the corresponding return, the difference will always be in favor of the consumer.
