ARTICLE 1o el Amend article 35 of Law No. 15,414, General Regulations of the Directorate of Social Assistance for the Staff of the Congress of the Nation, which shall be drafted as follows: Article 35. The commission will be chaired by a secretary or prosecretary of the Senate in the even years, and by a secretary or prosecretary of the Chamber of Deputies in the odd years. The appointment of the official to serve as the chair is the President of the respective Chamber. By general agreement of the Presidents of both Chambers and the workers' unions represented in the Joint Commission, the duration of the period corresponding to each House may be modified.
