The Senate and Chamber of Deputies of the Argentine Nation assembled in Congress, etc. sanction with force of Law:

ARTICLE 1 Amend article 42 of Act No. 25.986, which shall read as follows:

Article 42. s Replace article 1126 of Law 22,415 and its amendments (Customs Code) with the following:

Article 1126. . The judicial execution provided for in Article 1125 shall be carried out by the procedure and other procedures established in the Tax Procedure Act. The provisions of the Code of Civil and Commercial Procedure of the Nation shall be applied only in the unregulated aspects or in this Code.

ARTICLE 2 Contact the national executive branch.
