The Senate and Chamber of Deputies of the Argentine Nation gathered in Congress, etc. They sanction with force of law:

FEDERAL JUGADO CREATION IN THE PROVINCIA OF GOOD AIRES

ARTICLE 1 Believe a federal court that will have your seat in the city of Azul, province of Buenos Aires, with competence in civil, commercial, labor, administrative content, tax executions and social security.

ARTICLE 2 The federal court that is established will have the same territorial powers as the federal courts already in existence in the city of Azul. Article 3 Create a position as a federal judge of first instance, with the corresponding allocation in the Budget of the Judiciary of the Nation, which will be affected by the Federal Court of the City of Blue, which is established by this law. ARTICLE 4 The Council of the Magistracy of the Nation, in exercise of its role, shall provide for the installation and operation of the judicial body established by this Act. ARTICLE 5o The Federal Chamber of Appeals of Mar del Plata shall decide, in relation to the federal court which is established by this law and the federal court already existing in that jurisdiction:

(a) The system of distribution between the courts, the secretariats and human and material resources existing in that jurisdiction, seeking an equitable division of labour and means;

(b) The number that will identify each court;

(c) The system of distribution of outstanding causes, safeguarding the conformity of the parties.

ARTICLE 6 The current Public Prosecution and Defence Office will continue to exercise its functions before the established court. ARTICLE 7 This law shall be implemented once the necessary budgetary provision is made for the attention of the expenditure required by its object, and shall be charged to the budget for the corresponding exercise of the Judiciary of the Nation.

The judge who is appointed in the post established shall only take possession of it when the above-mentioned financial condition is given.
