CONVENTIONS TO IMPROVING COMPETITIVITY AND GENERATION OF EMPLEMENT Law 25.867 Deploy decrees that approved the above-mentioned Conventions under Law No. 25.414 and others linked to agricultural activity and broadcasting. The Senate and Chamber of Deputies of the Argentine Nation assembled in Congress, etc. sanction with force of Law:

ARTICLE 1 Destroy the Nros Decrees. 761 of 11 June 2001, 929 of 24 July 2001, 977 of 31 July 2001, 1046 of 16 August 2001, 1148 of 7 September 2001, 1216 of 26 September 2001, 1436 of 6 November 2001 and 1562 of 29 November 2001, by which the Conventions for the Improvement of Competitiveness and the Generation of Employment were adopted under Act No. 25.4.

ARTICLE 2 Destroy the Nros Decrees. 730 of 1 June 2001, 732 of 1 June 2001, 778 of 12 June 2001 and its amendment No. 1304 of 18 October 2001, 935 of 25 July 2001 and 1054 of 22 August 2001 and its supplementary No. 1185 of 20 September 2001, as well as articles 1, 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th and 6th of Decree No. 987 of 3 August 2001.

ARTICLE 3 Except for the application of the provisions of the preceding articles, until 31 December 2003, to the passenger automotive transport companies, with respect to the calculation of the employers ' contributions on payroll as tax credit in the Added Value Tax, provided for in article 1 (c) of Decree No. 730/01.

ARTICLE 4 The provisions of this Act shall enter into force on the day of publication in the Official Gazette.
