The Senate and Chamber of Deputies of the Argentine Nation assembled in Congress, etc. sanction with force of Law:
ARTICLE 1 Include as part of Article 7 of the Law of the Magistracy Council; the following:Subparagraph 15: Dismiss the regulations establishing the procedure and the requirements for the appointment of subrogative judges in the cases of licence or suspension of their holder and transient in the cases of vacance for the lower courts. The appointed judge shall comply with the requirements set forth in article 13 (b) first part of the present law, and shall receive an equal remuneration to that of the holder.
In the case of a cow, the designations made under this subparagraph may not exceed the twelve-month period. Such a period may be extended for six months by an informed decision.
These designations may not be invoked or taken into account as a precedent for public examinations convened by the Magistracy Council.
Subparagraph 16: Dictate the general rules of superintendence that are necessary for the functioning of the Judiciary of the Nation.
ARTICLE 2 Any provision contrary to this law is repealed. ARTICLE 3 Contact the Executive.IN THE SESSION OF THE ARGENTINE CONGRESS, IN GOOD AIRES, TO THE DAYS OF THE TWENTY DAYS OF THE YEAR.
