ARTICLE 1o . Please, for all purposes, the outstanding tax obligations arising from the tax imposed by Act No. 25,053 of the National Fund for Teacher Incentive and its modifications, with more the interests and penalties that may be applicable, corresponding to the national and provincial States, to the municipalities and to the Government of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, excluding the agencies and entities mentioned in article 1 of the Act. ARTICLE 2o Las The provisions of this law shall enter into force on the day of its publication in the Official Gazette and shall have effect on the concepts referred to in the previous article, pending cancellation of that date.
